The University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland 
(SUPSI) opens one position as Professor in Approximation Algorithms at 
the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IDSIA), 
Department of Innovative Technologies (DTI).

The applicant must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science and 10 years of 
experience as researcher and lecturer in the area of the call. She/he 
should be recognized at international level as a reference person in the 
area of the call, should have been responsible of scientific projects 
(ERC, FNS, EU, CTI, etc.), and should have a strong publication record 
in the mentioned area. The successful candidate is expected to teach in 
Italian and English.

Applicants have to provide a detailed CV, motivation letter, two 
reference letters, list of publications, diplomas and work certificates, 
awards and mentions, description of teaching activities, and their 
criminal record.
