Dear colleagues,

I hope you excuse that I contact you regarding the following : We have a 
job offering in my Department at UiT. We are looking for a person whose 
research can have applications to sustainable energy. This includes, in 
particular, optimisation - even if there has not yet been a direct 
application towards sustainable energy, an interested candidate who can 
make the connection of her/his research to sustainable energy clear 
should consider the position. Please forward this information to anyone 
you think might be interested. The deadline is (unfortunately) very 
soon.  Questions can be addressed to the persons mentioned in the 
advertisement, but of course I am also very happy to receive emails with 
questions. The person who will be  accepting this position can help 
build an active environment for mathematics located in a beautiful part
