Research Officer in Algorithms and Optimisation

LSE’s Department of Mathematics is looking to appoint a Research Officer

Dr Neil Olver can be found at http://nolver.net.

The successful applicant will demonstrate research interests and

discrete optimisation. They will show evidence of developing a body of
good quality publications in well-recognised peer reviewed outlets
through independent original research, and be able to communicate their
research findings effectively to a range of audiences. They will hold
(or be near completion of) a PhD in a discipline relevant to
optimisation, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Operations
Research by September 2021.
