In the Operations Research group at the Technical University of Denmark
(DTU) we are looking for a postdoc to work with us on the COVID-19
related research project FiND: Finding the new normal, the power of
distinct contacts.

The current Corona crisis has a tremendous global impact. This project
will employ operations research techniques and knowledge from complex
network theory/graph theory to investigate the impact of different
lockdown and social distancing measures on disease spread. Specifically,
we want to investigate what kind of contacts can be maintained during
peak-spreading when we consider distinct contacts.

We are urgently looking for a postdoc to make this process a success.
The postdoc will work with Evelien van der Hurk and David Pisinger.

Deadline for applications is July 1st, the ideal start would be late
August/early September 2020.

research and study programmes, we are helping to create a better world
and to solve the global challenges formulated in the UN's 17 Sustainable
Development Goals. Hans Christian Ørsted founded DTU in 1829 with a
clear vision to develop and create value using science and engineering
to benefit society. That vision lives on today. DTU has 11,500 students
and 6,000 employees. We work in an international atmosphere and have an
inclusive, evolving, and informal working environment. Our main campus
is in Kgs. Lyngby north of Copenhagen and we have campuses in Roskilde
and Ballerup and in Sisimiut in Greenland.

Best regards,
