The Institute of Production and Logistics Management at the Johannes 
Kepler University (JKU) Linz, Austria, is inviting applications for a 5 
month Postdoc position within the FWF funded project "Preventing 
epidemics in networks using integer programming".

Starting date: as soon as possible.

Candidates interested in the above position should have

* PhD degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial 
Engineering or a related field
* C++/Python/Java/Julia programming skills
* experience with mathematical optimization software like Gurobi or CPLEX
* experience in the implementation of optimization algorithms
* a background in mathematical programming (especially mixed-integer 
programming)
* a strong interest in the area of the research project

Participation and presentations at scientific conferences are expected 
and will be funded.
