The targeted research area is continuous optimization with a focus on nonconvexity, geometry, symmetry and randomness. Skills we do not currently have in the group are also highly valued. Applicants should fill in the following form: https://forms.gle/aJUFbdyfH3c7Ub3Z8 Review of applications will start on July 1st, but you can still submit after that date (the position remains open until filled). The starting date is flexible (the earlier, the better). The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on the availability of funding and performance. An overall duration of 2 to 3 years would be ideal. https://www.nicolasboumal.net/ https://www.epfl.ch/labs/optim/ Please reach out to severine.eggli at epfl.ch if you face issues with the form, need to submit additional information, or have earlier deadlines we should be aware of. ------------------------------ Nicolas Boumal EPFL SB MATH OPTIM Lausanne, Switzerland ------------------------------ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
