1-2 postdoctoral fully funded positions are currently available at
the<br>
Network Computation group (at the Engineering Faculty of Bar Ilan<br>
University in Israel).<br>
The university is located in the Tel-Aviv metropolitan area.<br>
<br>
The Network Computation group consists of four faculty members:<br>

In the Network Computation group, we study various computational
models<br>
from both theoretical and practical angles, as well as the
connection<br>
between these models, for example: distributed, online, and
approximated<br>
computing on graph and network problems, algorithms in hardware,
circuit<br>
complexity, communication complexity, coding theory, distributed
coding<br>
schemes, and social networks.<br>

Postdoctoral researchers in our group are encouraged to work on
any of<br>
these topics and with any of the researchers in the group.<br>
<br>
Each position is for 1 year and can be extended by an additional
year<br>
contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance.<br>
<br>
**The expected starting date is January 2022 (flexible).**<br>
<br>
Candidates of various backgrounds (Computer Science, Computer
Engineering,<br>
Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics) who are interested in<br>
performing cutting-edge research are welcome to apply.<br>
