Postdoctoral Research Associate Position in Algorithms Research

A postdoctoral research position is available in the Algorithms
group at the University of Bristol. The successful candidate will
be hosted by Dr Christian Konrad
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://people.cs.bris.ac.uk/~konrad/">http://people.cs.bris.ac.uk/~konrad/</a> and collaborate with him and
his team and a number of leading international partners on
streaming algorithms for processing massive graphs.<br>
<br>
The position is for 18 months – extensions may be possible subject
to funding constraints. The start date is flexible, however, a
start date close to September 2022 is preferred.<br>
<br>
The applicant is expected to have a strong interest and background
in the mathematical analysis of algorithms. Being familiar with
streaming algorithms, communication complexity, or graph
algorithms is a plus but is not necessarily required.<br>
