<p>Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Position in
Multimodal Machine Learning at the Department of Mathematics at
the University of California, Davis in the research group of Prof.
Thomas Strohmer. The position, which is part of the NIH funded
interdisciplinary project "Heterogenous, dynamic synthetic data:
From algorithms to clinical applications", is full time, limited
to two years, and does not involve any teaching duties. This
research project is concerned with the development of machine
learning tools for multimodal medical data (time series, images,
tabular data, etc.).<br>

Candidates with a high-level of competence in data science and
machine learning, very good programming skills, as well as a
strong interest in interdisciplinary research and real-world
applications are particularly encouraged to apply. A minimum
requirement for this position is a PhD in Mathematics, or a
related field. The annual salary is starting at about $66,000.<br>
