is searching a Senior AI Algorithm Engineer to join the team to
provide pioneer AI-driven simulation solutions. You will lead
the development of AI surrogate models to replace traditional
finite element methods, working closely with simulation
engineers to create intelligent tools and optimize hardware
design workflows. We seek a proactive innovator with strong
research, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, eager to explore
cutting-edge AI applications.<br>

<strong>Main responsibilities:
</strong></span></p>
<ul class="_60b7eb85 cd3d38cb">
<li>Develop AI surrogate model for complex system, to replace
traditional finite element method (FEM).</li>
<li>Data processing, data analyzing, feature engineering, AI
modeling, and AI model optimizing in the domain of solid
mechanical simulation, for device hardware design.</li>
<li>Tracking the development of international cutting-edge AI
technologies, exploring innovative application scenarios of AI+
simulation, and promoting the implementation of technological
innovation.</li>
<li>Working closely with the simulation engineer team to develop
intelligent simulation tools, optimize the simulation process,
and improve the overall work efficiency.
</li>
</ul>
<strong>Required qualifications and skills:
</strong>
<ul class="_60b7eb85 cd3d38cb">
<li>Master's degree or above in computer science, or artificial
intelligence.</li>
<li>Proficient in the principle of Convolutional Neural Network,
Recurrent Neural Network, Graph Neural Network, and Transformer.</li>
<li>Proficient in mathematical foundations such as numerical
analysis methods, machine learning theory, probability
statistics.</li>
<li>Familiar with the principle of finite element analysis and its
application in engineering simulation.</li>
<li>Solid foundation in data structure and algorithm.</li>
<li>Proficient in programming languages, such as Python and C++,
and have good code development capabilities.</li>
<li>Proficient in mainstream machine learning frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience with commercial simulation software such as Ansys,
Abaqus, COMSOL, and CST is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in CUDA coding and optimization is preferred.</li>
<li>Practical experience in AI+ simulation projects is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in training and optimizing Large Language Model is
preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in large-scale data processing and model
optimization is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent independent research and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Good teamwork spirit and communication skills</li>
<li>Highly sensitive to new technologies and continuous learning</li>
<li>Good at summarizing and sharing, and skilled in writing
articles and reports.
</li>
