Hi all,
I'd like to point out that our extremely popular CodeRefinery course is happening again. This course doesn't teach programming, but all of the other tools that go around programming that are needed to be an efficient coputational scientist (version control, testing, reproducibility, collaboration). You could look it it as one of central computational scientist training courses, along with our HPC Kickstart course:
https://coderefinery.github.io/2022-03-22-workshop/
We have even more ways to attend than usual:
* Create a team, for example your research group, and work locally in your own meeting room! We'll support this as much as we can.
* Create a team, and register for online attendance with an "exercise leader" and the team members. You will all be in a breakout room and work together.
* Attend our in-person breakout rooms/help sessions in U523 and F336 and get in-person help (snacks provided).
* Watch the livestream from wherever you are, https://twitch.tv/coderefinery (everyone does this, it's how we support all the methods above).
We've shown that we can make great online courses, and these extra possibilities will make it even better this time.
(and if you were on vacation last week, check out the other interesting courses below)
Thanks and see you there,
- Richard
