[AaltoSciComp] Open TwitchTV course on supercomputers 3-5/June: Join us!!

Dear AaltoSciComp-subscribers!

Do you have access to a Supercomputer/High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster, but are not sure how to use it effectively (and responsibly)?

Next week, join our TwitchTV open course on "Intro to Scientific Computing and HPC".

We will start from the basics with "srun python -c 'print("Hello world!")'" up to multi-GPUs inference with local open-weights LLMs.

While our examples are demonstrated on the Aalto University Triton HPC cluster, they basically work on any other system that uses SLURM. Special guests from CSC - IT Center for Science and partners from other Finnish universities will join us to support all Finnish users.

Come for the skills, stay for the community with other peer computational researchers from Finland and the Nordics.
