The uniquely successful department of Engineering Mathematics at the 
University of Bristol is seeking to appoint a permanent lecturer/senior 
lecturer (Assistant Professor); salary range £ 40,754-63,059 .

While applications will be accepted from across applied mathematics, we 
are particularly in an appointee with research interests in mathematics 
or computation applied to the life sciences, broadly defined.

You will be joining the overarching internationally recognised applied 
mathematics research theme
within the department, with research across synthetic and computational 
biology, nonlinear dynamical systems, solid and soft mechanics, 
infectious disease modeling, among other areas.
