The Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (IME) at Penn 
State University, University Park, PA invites applications for an open 
rank position (tenure-track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, 
and Full Professor) in the area of Operations Research (OR) for an 
appointment beginning August 2026. We welcome candidates who can build a 
strong methodological research base in various areas of OR, including 
optimization, stochastics, simulation, machine learning and artificial
