Here some upcoming courses by Aalto Scientific Computing in August and September:

  1.  29-31/August/2023 Linux Shell Basics - All you need to learn about the Linux terminal and its scripting language. Registrations and info: https://scicomp.aalto.fi/training/scip/linux-shell-basics-2023/

  2.  16-28/September/2023 CodeRefinery - Take our most famous workshop where you can learn version control with Git, code reproducibility, software testing, documentation, and best practices in scientific computing. Registrations and info: https://coderefinery.github.io/2023-09-19-workshop/

Later in the autumn there will also be a more advanced "Linux shell scripting" and a course about "containers in HPC", with focus on Apptainer/Singularity. We will inform you as soon as registrations are open.
