The Algorithms and Complexity Group at TU Wien 
(http://www.ac.tuwien.ac.at) is offering a 6-year full-time postdoc 
position with a research focus on Algorithmics and Algorithm Engineering 
to start in September 2021. The successful candidate will work under 
supervision of Prof. Martin Noellenburg.
Application deadline: June 10, 2021.

The specific requirements for this position are the following:

- A completed PhD degree in Computer Science (or a related area) - 
Excellent knowledge in algorithmics and algorithm engineering
- Research experience in one or more of the following areas: graph 
drawing, graph algorithms, computational geometry, combinatorial 
optimization, visualization algorithms
- Excellent publications in top-tier conferences and journals
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Experience and interest in (independent) teaching and supervision of 
students
- A good command of English and German is necessary

Entry level salary as a postdoctoral researcher is covered by level B1 
of the Austrian Collective Agreement for university staff, and receives
